NwSSU President inspires athletes to pursue glory beyond trophies at 38th EVRSCUAA opening

READ | Following the parade around Calbayog City, Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) President, Dr. Benjamin L. Pecayo, delivered his official welcome message during the opening ceremonies for the entire 38th EVRSCUAA delegation at the NwSSU Oval Grounds this afternoon, December 8.
Being the steward of the host institution, Dr. Pecayo welcomed the delegates and emphasized the genuine purpose for the regional athletic games, advising the athletes to strive for glory beyond the trophy.
