Swift Swipers dominate Block Blast! Tournament at SSU's Entrepreneurial Week

Swift swipers from Samar State University made combos rain during the Block Blast! Tournament, outpacing their rivals in an exciting series of rounds. Hosted by The Tradesman during SSU’s Entrepreneurial Week, the competition showcased impressive skill and quick thinking as students vied for victory in the popular block puzzle game.

In Game 1, Jasmine Rose Giangan set the bar high, clinching the win with an impressive total score of 17,093, outplaying her competitors with remarkable speed and precision.

Ken Dacutanan from the College of Engineering followed suit in Game 2, securing victory with a score of 15,831, showcasing steady focus and strategic moves to maintain his lead throughout both rounds.

In the following game, Josa Joser from the College of Arts and Sciences triumphed with a score of 10,004, proving her resilience and tactical approach to the game.

In Game 4, Ken Ivan Bacolongan, also from the yellow college, wrapped up the tournament with a standout score of 19,404, securing a well-deserved win in the final round.

The Block Blast! Tournament followed a simple format: two rounds, each lasting five minutes. The total score from both rounds was added together, and the player with the highest cumulative score was declared the winner.
