Alexandria Blake “ABC” Real-Pisalbo, RPsy, RPm, widely known as the content creator behind Mental Health Mother, spoke at a mental health symposium for BS Psychology seniors and various student organizations at Samar State University’s main campus.
An active advocate and psychology instructor at the University of Northern Philippines, she delivered a talk via Zoom titled “Beyond the Books: Prioritizing Mental Health for Academic and Workplace Success.”
This event was organized by the Office of Student Welfare and Development Services (SWDS), through its Psychological and Wellness Services, headed by Ma. Andrea Del Rosario, RPm, RGC, in support of the annual World Mental Health Day on October 10.
Included in the activity lineup of the first-ever SWDS Mental Health Fest initiative for World Mental Health Day is a university-wide advocacy parade anchored on the theme “It’s Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace,” with participation from Psychology students and volunteers.
