A total of 57 applicants gathered at the SSU Convention Center on September 5, Monday for The Tradesman Staff Hunt 2022, a recruitment of new aspiring journalists who wish to be part of the student publication.
The said activity started at 9:00 am and ended at 5:00 in the afternoon. Student applicants for the different categories were given one hour to finish their output before proceeding to the interview.
Editor-in-chief Charlote Pornias, Associate Editor Karen Gabejan, Kent Bryan Torres (former Managing Editor) and Christ Palmiano (former Editorial Cartoon Editor) were the panel of evaluators for the screening.
The results of the screening will be posted on the official Facebook page of The Tradesman on September 8, Thursday.
“As we continue to be the Tradesman community’s voice, we will not waver in our challenges, limiting our echoes to serve the truth,” EIC Pornias said.
