Valentines day will fall square around this month. One of the best ways to jump start those warm feelings are through timeless expressions of affection for someone we care about. Sometimes, it’s hard to get the message across though. That’s where an anonymous love letter can help to move you in the right direction.
THE TRADESMAN Publication once again presents “à meschers: Romeo and Juliet”, a segment dedicated to Tradesmen as an avenue to express their admiration, affection, and love.
For Romeo, true love is a liberating force. Love gives him not just wings, but “light wings” and the power to overcome all “stony limits”. Like him, now is your chance to take on the world and bust down walls. If you have that fear of initial contact, send us a letter or piece and we will play cupids for a potential Shakesperean loveteam.
Rules:
- The sender must be a bona fide and enrolled student of SSU
- The letter, an essay, a short story, or a poem consisting of 300-600 word format.
- It may either be in English, Filipino, or Waray- Waray.
- It must not contain profanity.
