
#EVRSCUAA2024 UPDATE | SSU Deer ended the day with a masterclass performance as they remain unbeaten after they take down the PIT Sea Lions and is now sitting on a 2-0 standing during the men’s table tennis match during the 38th SCUAA games at GCJJ Basketball Court, Brgy. Trinidad, Sitio Talahib, Calbayog City, Samar.
SSU’s first-single player, Aldean Gacho, showcased his mastery from both offensive and defensive side of the match, resulting to an easy destruction of the Sea Lions, 1-0 (11-6, 11-3, 11-5).
After they took authority, the Deer’s dynamic duo, Simon Siachua and Leonard Sultan edges out PIT’s Carl Aquino and Rhet Pobadora in a hard-fought 2-0 (11-7, 11-8, 11-7) match, securing their unflawed record in the tournament.
