Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo missed out on a Top 12 finish in the 73rd Miss Universe pageant held at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico City, on November 17 (Manila Time).
Manalo made history by being the first representative of the Philippines of African-American descent at Miss Universe.
