Arko creations of the different colleges, satellite campuses, and administrative unit of Samar State University start to stand tall on the University Grounds in preparation for the preliminary judging later this afternoon at 3:00, November 20.
Encouraged to express Samar’s cultural heritage artistically, the competition’s theme will center on “Samar’s Cultural Tapestry: A Celebration of Tradition and Innovation.”
Moreover, the pre-judging will influence the overall scores of the arcs, with the winners announced on Monday, November 25, during the 20th Charter Day Celebration hosted by the College of Education.
