Margarita, respectively; Ms. Lian Angel Ocenar of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mutya han Hinabangan; and Ms. Andrea Cerdeña of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Mutya han San Sebastian, vie for the crown and title of Mutya han Samar 2024.
The coronation night for the said pageant will take place in the evening of August 9th at Basey Municipal Gymnasium. Certainly, you are all as excited as we are!
