SSU’s final day of hosting the first international summer camp included a tour around Catbalogan City with the students from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya and Vietnam’s Tra Vinh University.
Along with Ian Niño Abaigar, Chairman and Founder Lantaw Pitad Inc., Mark Jerome Labong, Administrative Officer of the Catbalogan City Tourism, Culture, Arts and Information Office, and heads from the SSU-Office of International Affairs, the students visited the Rizal Monument and City Plaza, St. Bartholomew Parish, Catbalogan City Community College (CCCC), DepEd City Division, Bahay Pag-asa, Bahay Silangan, Imelda Park, Lara Showroom, and the city hall for a courtesy call with Mayor Dexter Uy.
The students are set to attend a culminating activity at the SSU Gymnasium with booths prepared by the different colleges of SSU this afternoon, August 16.
