Giving glamazon realness, the Queen Samar State University contenders got a pampering makeover session from one of their major sponsors as they prepared for a promotional shoot yesterday, May 9, 2024, at City Splash Salon and Spa, Catbalogan City.
However, due to conflict of schedule, Nymphia Simone Barrantes of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CoNHS) and Sassy Sito of the College of Engineering (CoEng’g) is out from the search of Queen SSU 2024, said Christian Montejo, University Student Council – Commission on Ways and Means (COWAM) and Head of the Sponsorship Committee for the said pageant.
On the other hand, as per their general orientation last Tuesday, the candidates are set to undergo a number of activities prior to their coronation night on May 17 at the SSU Gymnasium, one of which is the pre-pageant which will highlight the contestants’ advocacies.
