Ramadan Mubarak! 🕌
The most sacred time for Muslims. Ramadan is celebrated during the 9th month of the Muslim calendar which begins with the appearance of the crescent moon until it ends. In this important time, it is believed that the Holy Qur’an sent a guide for the people from heaven for their salvation.
The followers of Islam fast and abstain from eating, drinking, and other immoral activities from dawn until dusk. This fundamental principle of the Muslim community strengthens their faith as they share their time for prayer and reflection of the holy Qur’an in their respective Mosques.
Let us commemorate this time to respect and understand the essence of this significant celebration of our beloved Muslim brothers and sisters. And we, as a non-Muslim community, bring hope and great wishes to our Muslim friends as they practice the most important time of their faith. Let’s unite our hearts from different paths of faith as we respect our Filipino Muslim siblings.
