Science and Technology Community-Based Farm, a DOST PCAARRD & SSU Project, launches a new product through a Bake-off contest at Samar State University Gymnasium, today, March 21.
Said contest will showcase sweet potato flour as the main ingredient, promoting the product as a substitute for wheat flour. Winners will be announced on day two of the event tomorrow.
