Due to the commendable effort of the SSU – University Student Council, the university administration has granted the student body a six-day Lenten break starting tomorrow until Saturday, March 25 to 30.
As stipulated in the USC’s Resolution No. 25, s. 2024, this Lenten break primarily aims to provide students with a period free from academic pressure and to solemnly dwell on the significant observance of Holy Week.
The following will shall be observed during the said break:
- Classes from March 25-27, 2024, will be through modular or online classes;
- Instructors refrain from assigning assessments, activities, and requirements that must be submitted during the Lenten Break from March 25-30; and
- All deadlines, assignments, requirements, projects, and other school-related compliances must be extended to Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
