Let’s wave the purple banner today as we celebrate the silent battles of our superheroes who fight for their electrifying war.
Every second Monday of February each year, we dedicate this day to observing International Epilepsy Day to uplift every person who survives every attack of epilepsy and to spread awareness to the community about this kind of seizure disorder.
People who experience this kind of neurological condition deserve to be protected and to have an environment where people know how to aid and understand why it occurs. More than treating their condition, we have to be educated to break the walls of linking their condition as funny and unserious. We have to do it and make it for them in a way that it can lessen their anxiety and depression, which also affect their lives.
Let’s take some action to truly help our brothers and sisters who are fighting their silent war against epilepsy. We cannot directly stop its effect on a person’s life, but we can help them manage its effect and win each day against epilepsy.
