From November 6 to 9, with daily sessions running from 8 AM to 5 PM, the training will be conducted in batches, ensuring the coverage of all 57 SK village councils within the city.
The training was organized by the Catbalogan City Population and Youth Development Office in collaboration with Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, Department of Interior and Local Government, National Youth Commission, SSU Samar Island Center for Good and Local Governance and the city government.
