“In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
– Clare Pooley
Kindness speaks a universally understood language, transcending boundaries wherever it reaches. Today, on November 13, we observe World Kindness Day with the theme “Be Kind Wherever Possible.”
It prompts us to embody the virtue within our own spheres and reflect on how the profound impact of even the smallest acts of kindness can be remarkable. By engaging in acts of kindness, we not only nurture a better sense of self and enrich our relationships with others but equally contribute to a more positive environment. Furthermore, this practice serves as a means of instilling and teaching others do the same.
Let’s also embrace the notion that kindness can transpire both to ourselves and others. So, as we try to be kind to others, may we also be kind to ourselves.
And may it always be the language we choose to communicate.
