With this, we can see that there are so many words that we can use to describe what college really is.
College is a life on campus.
In college, each one of us forges our unique narrative. The campus holds an air of uncertainty; we step into it with no clear foresight of what awaits. We are uncertain about how we will navigate the years spent with diferrent and unfamiliar people. Despite the multitude of questions that loom, we muster the courage to forge ahead in this life, driven by our quest for answers regarding who we will become and the paths that will shape our future.
College is a heartbreak.
Is your current course your true first choice? Often, life circumstances, financial constraints, and self-doubt can steer us away from our initial aspirations. College is such a big life to deal with. We make decisions and fail. We create a life and destroy it. We overthink and disappoint ourselves. We give a go and hesitate later on. This is such a frustrating state of life- too scary to handle yet too lively to experience.
College is an adventure.
We start to discover more about ourselves. We learn how to explore and understand every matter. This life is full of surprises. We lost and get found. And, as we dream of paradise with our eyes closed, we must acknowledge the necessity of living in our reality. Life is akin to a labyrinth, and this adventure serves as an opportunity for us to not only thrive but also to fortify our resilience and alertness.
Amidst the pressure we’ll undoubtedly face, life within the campus is a fertile ground for personal growth. We’ll learn lots of things, encounter a spectrum of emotions from heartbreak to delight, all contributing to a transformation of our lives.
In a world brimming with thrills and unexpected twists, this is a reminder that we cannot simply journey through life without facing the challenges it presents us.
