Samar State University (SSU) nailed down its initial wins in 2023 Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) – 8 Regional Culture and the Arts Festival, with Tradesman delegates Franco Nube and James Cataros securing the third place in Extemporaneous Speech and the fourth place in Dagliang Talumpati, respectively.
