Aiming to weave camaraderie among state universities and colleges (SUCs), sports directors, tournament managers, officiating officials, and coaches from different participating schools in this year’s SCUAA 8 Games gather this afternoon, October 21, at Visayas State University Gymnatorium for a solidarity meeting.
In her opening remarks, VSU Director of the Institute of Human Kinetics Dr. Charis B. Limbo-Rivera highlighted that SUCs are gathered in the said meeting not only as competitors, but as a community that celebrates the spirit of sportsmanship, dedication, and excellence.
“As we kick off our Regional SCUAA, let us remember that it’s not just about winning, but the values we uphold,” she emphasized.
