Engr. Daniel D. Dasig, Jr. an alumnus of Samar State University BS Computer Engineering, made it to the top 1000 scientists in the Philippines in 2022. He ranked 669 in the latest release based on the Alper-Doger (AD) Scientific Index.
The said index analyzes the total and the last five-year productivity coefficients or affiliated individuals, specifically their i10 index, h-index, and citation scores in Google Scholar. Consequently, he ranked 5th among the country’s scientists in the electrical and electronics engineering domain and 2nd among the scientists of De La Salle University – Dasmariñas.
