Samar State University took pride as Carmen Joy M. Barte, alumna of the College of Education (COEd) made it to the topnotch list in the January 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for Elementary Level.
Out of 15,696 elementary level examinees, Barte landed Top 10 together with 11 others after achieving a rating of 90.80%. She is the first-ever COEd alumna to achieve this feat.
The University congratulated Barte and all the other 83 newly Licensed Professional Teachers from SSU.
Meanwhile, SSU also recorded a 100% passing rate for first-time takers.
The January 2022 LET results for elementary and secondary levels were released on March 11, 2022 with 55.66% and 53.77% passing rate, respectively.
